By accessing and using Documento (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain all rights and ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, and manage using the Service.

By using AI features, you understand that your content may be processed by third-party AI models to provide the requested functionality. We take measures to ensure the privacy and security of this process.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plans you subscribe to. Payments are managed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your profile page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Documento, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
