By using AI features, you understand that your content may be processed by third-party AI models to provide the requested functionality. We take measures to ensure the privacy and security of this process.

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the plans you subscribe to. Payments are managed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your profile page.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Documento, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
